Nicole Waldron

Partner, HR Services
Nicole Waldron

Nicole supports our clients in a variety of HR functions, including benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and compensation. She joined Alera ConnectHR in 2021 as an intern, and then was hired full-time after graduating from Pacific Lutheran University with degrees in Economics and Business HR. Currently, she is pursuing the SHRM Certified Professional designation.

Solid communication skills and a professional, positive attitude are among her many strengths, as well as developing detailed process documents to ensure client functions are clearly documented.

While at PLU, Nicole took part in the school’s Nourish program, which helps students gain real-world consulting experience by partnering with businesses owned by women and/or minorities. A native of Washington who lives in Tacoma, she says she has a “fruit bowl”—her two cats, Peach and Mango. Nicole also loves arts and crafts and swing dancing.
